Software Engineer (Vue)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; on-site

Building IT systems for Apple TV+ Studio & Production and Music operations within IS&T's Technology Services organization.

What you will do

• Architect and develop large-scale web applications across the full stack.
• Design and build complex distributed applications, microservices, and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Own applications end to end and contribute to an integrated technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering, DevOps, Design, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop high-quality solutions for fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Java or Node.js, including JavaScript and Vue.js.
• Strong experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud services such as functions or Lambdas.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and other containerization technologies.
• Experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or similar DevOps automation tools, plus continuous integration and testing frameworks such as Jenkins and JUnit.
• Experience with observability and monitoring systems such as Dynatrace or Datadog, and strong communication and independent problem-solving skills.
