Senior Fullstack Engineer - Team Web (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end web solutions, from modern user interfaces to backend services, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with design, brand, marketing, and content teams to deliver performant web and mobile experiences.
• Develop backend logic and APIs, manage data flows, and integrate third-party platforms.
• Optimize website performance through lazy loading, efficient asset management, and responsive development practices.
• Manage infrastructure with Vercel, AWS, CloudFront, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines such as CircleCI.
• Implement web analytics, support A/B testing, and build automated tests for front-end components.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Expertise in front-end frameworks and tools including React, Next.js, and Tailwind.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Contentful and Sanity, plus marketing tools such as Google Tag Manager and Marketo.
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code using Terraform, and cloud platforms including AWS.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, web analytics, website performance optimization, and front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Strong problem-solving skills, independence, teamwork, and a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
