What you will do
- Own OpenAI, Anthropic, and other enterprise GenAI platforms across their technical, operational, and development lifecycle.
- Configure enterprise settings, data controls, SSO/SCIM, roles, and permissions, and implement security requirements.
- Implement AI use cases hands-on using prompts, GPTs, agents, APIs, and integrations with existing tools and processes.
- Test new models and features and move suitable solutions securely and scalably into operations.
- Prioritize use cases with business units, IT, security, and data protection teams while driving adoption, governance, and measurable value.
- Own incidents, vendor management, documentation, enablement, service lifecycle activities, consumption, and unit-cost control.
Requirements
- Degree or apprenticeship in computer science, data/AI, or a related field, supported by relevant professional experience.
- Several years of hands-on experience in a technical AI, platform, application, or service owner role.
- Practical experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable GenAI platforms, as well as LLMs, prompting, agents/GPTs, APIs, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise configuration and security, including SSO, SCIM, RBAC, permissions, data controls, and user lifecycle management.
- Understanding of data protection, information security, and AI governance, including GDPR and ISO 27001.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, with technical depth and a pragmatic implementation mindset.
