TL;DR
HR Data & AI Lead (AI/HR Analytics): Building a central HR AI roadmap, governed data model, agents, automations, and self-service data products across HiBob, Snowflake, and downstream systems with an accent on data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI. Focus on designing and launching measurable AI solutions, defining scalable data standards, and bridging HR stakeholders with IT and BizApps.

What you will do
- Own the HR AI roadmap, prioritization, build-versus-buy decisions, and tool selection.
- Design, build, and launch AI agents, automations, and self-service HR data products.
- Own the governed HR data model and metric definitions across HiBob, Snowflake, and downstream systems.
- Define data access, privacy, security, responsible-AI standards, and audit requirements.
- Advise HR colleagues on AI development and improve AI fluency through enablement and coaching.
- Represent HR Tech in IT and BizApps prioritization and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success delivering AI-powered products, automations, or self-service solutions with measurable business impact.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies such as LLM-based agents, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Base44, or similar tools.
- 6+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Technology, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field with strong exposure to HR data.
- Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Snowflake, BI tools, HR systems, data structures, and APIs.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable data and AI solutions and collaborate with technical teams.
- Fluent English and Hebrew are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or equivalent low-code automation platforms.
- Experience enabling non-technical colleagues to build with AI tools.
- Background in compensation, workforce planning, or organizational data models.
- Experience deploying AI in regulated or privacy-sensitive data environments.
- Experience working across global, cross-cultural teams and distributed HR operating models.
