TL;DR
Solutions Architect (AI): Translating enterprise requirements into LLM architectures, routing strategies, integrations, and proofs of concept with an accent on customer-facing technical discovery, infrastructure design, and complex sales cycles. Focus on building technical solutions, resolving security and architecture objections, and connecting customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

What you will do
- Lead the technical side of strategic and enterprise sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions.
- Scope and support customer proofs of concept, integrations, troubleshooting, and technical validation.
- Translate customer infrastructure, model usage, and business constraints into architecture, routing, and deployment strategies.
- Address technical objections, security reviews, procurement requirements, and stakeholder concerns in complex infrastructure deals.
- Create demos, reference architectures, POC frameworks, and technical enablement materials for the sales organization.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 7+ years in a technical, customer-facing B2B SaaS role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or senior technical Account Executive.
- Deep experience with developer-centric infrastructure, including cloud, Kubernetes, virtualization, networking, storage, or open-source infrastructure platforms.
- Experience driving technical wins through proofs of concept, architecture reviews, and security reviews that support closed business.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, architects, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and technical decision-makers.
- Strong hands-on technical curiosity and experience working in a fast-growing, evolving environment.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, hardened or secure images, or private cloud infrastructure.
- Personal projects involving AI agents, self-hosted models, virtual machines, or home lab infrastructure.
- Experience in healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Experience building technical enablement or POC programs from scratch at an early-stage or high-growth company.
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open-source models, and multi-provider LLM routing.
