Location: North West England and North Wales, United Kingdom; homebased with field-based work and regular travel

hirify.global builds and operates telecommunications networks and digital infrastructure across the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Install, commission, maintain, repair, and support equipment across fixed and mobile networks and business solutions.
• Work safely on network infrastructure, including regular climbing, rooftop work, and other physical activities.
• Diagnose and rectify faults across relevant telecommunications technologies while meeting quality, performance, and service standards.
• Support multi-vendor CPE, core transmission, mobile networking, microwave radio, field DC power, fibre, and copper systems.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers and identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
• Travel as required and participate in flexible hours, 24/7 callout rotas, or shift patterns.

Requirements

• Formal telecommunications or electronics qualification, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to work independently and safely during substantial periods of lone working, as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Valid full UK or EU Category B driving licence.
• Ability to achieve and maintain SC clearance.
• Ability to achieve and maintain Advanced Climber / Tower Rescue Certification and pass regular health assessments.
• Flexibility for field travel, climbing, physical work, and on-call requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or ADVA CPE.
• Knowledge of DWDM, Ethernet, 3G, 4G, 5G, microwave radio, LAN/Wi-Fi, unified communications, or fibre and copper termination.
• HND or degree in a relevant technical subject or equivalent industry experience.
• IP and data accreditations such as Cisco CCNA or CCNP.
• Wireless network design and deployment experience.
