Senior Cloud Engineer

TL;DR

Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS/OCI): Architecting, securing, and operating scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and OCI with an accent on CI/CD, Kubernetes/ECS operations, and infrastructure automation. Focus on embedding DevSecOps security controls and delivering end-to-end observability using Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Sentry.

What you will do

• Architect, implement, and secure scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and OCI (with occasional work on GCP/Azure).
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitHub Enterprise.
• Maintain and optimize Kubernetes clusters and AWS ECS environments, including GPU infrastructure management.
• Embed security measures proactively and respond to vulnerabilities, security incidents, and tickets.
• Implement observability and monitoring with Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Sentry.
• Execute Kubernetes service migrations from AWS (EKS) to OCI (OKE) with minimal disruption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Engineering, DevSecOps, or similar roles.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS and OCI; familiarity with GCP/Azure preferred.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise (cluster management, pod architecture, GPU-based workloads); CKA or CKAD certification a plus.
• Expertise in Terraform (primary IaC), Helm, Docker, and AWS ECS.
• Strong experience with GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, and Cloudflare.
• Monitoring and security/compliance knowledge including Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Sentry, SOC2, and ISO 27001.

Nice to have

• Certifications in AWS, OCI, Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD), or related cloud engineering.
• Prior experience in high-growth tech environments.
• Docker Kompose experience.
