PPC Lead (Maternity Cover)

What you will do

• Own the unified PPC and app acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns.
• Manage campaigns end to end, including keyword research, ad creation, bid optimization, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
• Use AI for research, ad copy generation, competitor analysis, creative briefs, anomaly detection, and first-pass reporting.
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, Looker Studio, and Excel, turning findings into campaign decisions.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests across ads, creative, landing pages, and user flows.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and keyword opportunities and incorporate findings into acquisition strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ownership of PPC and app marketing campaigns.
• Practical experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, Looker Studio, and Excel.
• Daily experience using AI to automate and accelerate marketing workflows, with the judgment to validate its output.
• Ability to write conversion-focused ad copy and brief designers on matching creative.
• Ability to independently make bid and budget decisions and own live KPIs from the first day.
