Senior Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in the Greater Seattle Area, with a minimum of two days per week at the Downtown Seattle office on Mondays and Thursdays; candidates must be based in the area or willing to relocate.

Salary: $153,430–$181,715 first-year salary in the greater Seattle area.

What you will do

• Turn ambiguous, cross-functional programs into executable plans with defined scope, decision rights, owners, and success metrics.
• Drive execution strategy, stakeholder alignment, prioritization, sequencing, and decisions across organizational boundaries.
• Partner with engineering on architecture implications, dependency chains, data integrity, rollout planning, and technical trade-offs.
• Track program health through KPIs, risk registers, dependency maps, decision logs, and clear communications for technical and executive audiences.
• Own launch and delivery readiness, including post-launch measurement of program outcomes.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and frameworks that automate reporting, risk tracking, and other program activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience driving complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Experience owning ambiguous, high-complexity programs end to end across multiple domains and stakeholder groups.
• Strong decision-making, stakeholder alignment, executive communication, and technical program management skills.
• Technical acumen in architecture implications, dependency analysis, trade-offs, sequencing, and rollout planning.
• Experience using metrics to identify risk, communicate progress, and evaluate outcomes after delivery.
• Must be based in the Greater Seattle Area or willing to relocate, with regular attendance at the Downtown Seattle office.

• Depth across multiple technical domains, such as platform, infrastructure, consumer product, payments, or data.
• Experience running programs across globally distributed teams and time zones.
• Background in a marketplace, consumer technology, or SaaS company.
