Program Manager - Professional Services Italy/Spain/France (Cybersecurity)

Location: France, Spain or Italy; hybrid work with 4 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Deliver complex IT security, cloud, and networking projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage customer relationships and coordinate stakeholders across sales, operations, support, Professional Services, and third-party vendors.
• Build project teams, allocate resources, and manage changes to scope, schedules, costs, and deliverables.
• Track project performance, revenue recognition, invoicing, receivables, forecasts, and profitability.
• Manage risks and escalations, resolve delivery challenges, and report project status to management.
• Maintain project documentation, legal paperwork, implementation standards, and effective team and client meetings.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar program or project management position.
• Ability to work in English and two additional languages from French, Italian, or Spanish.
• Technical understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, and networking projects.
• Experience with global enterprise, MSSP, carrier, and government customers.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, communication, presentation, conflict-resolution, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or management discipline or equivalent experience; PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification.
