Mill Sales Manager (Packaging and Paper)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; frequent travel across the Middle East region is required.

What you will do

• Drive service sales and manage orders across the Packaging and Paper Business Area.
• Represent the full offering as the single point of contact for an entire mill or assigned production lines.
• Lead customer negotiations and build trusted-advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
• Promote lifecycle solutions, monitor customer feedback, and handle high-priority requests and claims.
• Coordinate mill shutdown–restart schedules and service clock planning.
• Collaborate with product managers, field services, spare parts teams, and mill hubs to develop new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Paper Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within paper mills.
• Strong understanding of the pulp, paper, and board industry.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.
• Valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East region.
