Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid working with flexible hours

Annual base salary: €30,000–€37,000, depending on experience

What you will do

• Manage the complete recruitment process from intake and sourcing through interviews, feedback, salary proposals, contracts, and onboarding.
• Own a diverse portfolio of vacancies across Operations, Shared Services, Technology, and other business areas.
• Develop creative talent attraction initiatives, including job advertisements, videos, and social media campaigns.
• Apply a values-based and strategic approach to identifying the right people for an international organization.
• Partner with hiring managers, People Business Partners, the Talent Acquisition team, SD Worx, assessment centers, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to cross-functional HR projects that improve the candidate journey and strengthen the employer brand.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish for communication across international teams.
• Experience in in-house talent acquisition, preferably in a software or SaaS environment.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, growth-minded, and able to take ownership of confidential recruitment work.
• Initiative and a continuous-improvement mindset focused on candidate and hiring manager experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch or French.
