What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Quantum implementations, upgrades, and consulting engagements.
- Own project scope, budgets, schedules, forecasts, governance, and client communications.
- Manage financial controls, resource forecasts, billing, change requests, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate consultants, technical specialists, and client stakeholders to meet delivery commitments.
- Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining project plans, logs, and backlogs.
- Facilitate status reporting, steering committees, executive updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Significant project management experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise software delivery.
- Experience managing client-facing professional services projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, problem-solving, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Proactive, accountable, commercially aware, client-focused, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience in treasury, risk management, capital markets, or similar financial services platforms.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and commercial management skills.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with Planview, Jira, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
- PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, or equivalent professional project management qualification; additional European language skills.
