Sr Manager PMO & Project Management (MedTech)

Location: Zug, Switzerland; additional job posting locations include Brussels and Courcelles, Belgium, and Limerick, Ireland.

What you will do

• Lead the EMEA MedTech Deliver, Customer Solutions, and Transformation portfolio strategy, health, and governance.
• Manage the project pipeline, resource allocation, portfolio reviews, and monthly business review preparation.
• Run distribution and transportation projects from business case and budget approval through execution, adoption, and closure.
• Coordinate financial commitments, business planning updates, investment reporting, and portfolio value optimization with finance and operations.
• Implement the J&J FPX project management methodology and improve governance, lifecycle controls, and continuous improvement practices.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated PPMO team while partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 9 years of relevant leadership experience, including management of large-scale projects.
• Experience in global logistics, customer services, supply chain, or healthcare environments.
• Advanced knowledge of portfolio management, project governance, lifecycle controls, prioritization, resource modeling, dependencies, and benefits tracking.
• Strong financial, stakeholder leadership, change management, communication, and team development skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required. Project management certification is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with FPX or a comparable project management methodology.
• Experience with Power BI, QuickBase, business intelligence, reporting, and AI tools.
• Additional language skills.
