Program Manager, Product & GTM Enablement (AI)

Location: Anywhere in the United States. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary: $88,100–$101,960 annually, with potential additional compensation through stock options, bonuses, merit increases, or applicable sales commissions.

What you will do

• Build and maintain product curriculum including eLearning, live sessions, job aids, playbooks, and FAQs.
• Own launch execution for go-to-market initiatives, including timelines, logistics, communications, invitations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain enablement tracking, reporting, scorecards, and AI knowledge agents.
• Turn enablement data into insights for Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps stakeholders.
• Measure completion, sentiment, and behavior-change signals to demonstrate program impact.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in enablement, program or project management, sales enablement, or a related technology go-to-market operations role.
• Strong organizational, project management, writing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience creating instructional design materials such as training, job aids, or curricula.
• Proficiency with enablement technology stacks, including learning management systems, conversation intelligence tools, and CRM platforms.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work and judgment about when to automate versus use human decision-making.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.

• Experience in recruiting or B2B SaaS.
• Direct go-to-market experience.
