Principal Product Definition Analyst (Traveltech)

Location: Dubai II; hybrid work with 50% attendance at the Barcelona offices

What you will do

• Act as the primary interface between airline stakeholders and Digital Labs.
• Gather, clarify, and translate airline business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery from initial concept and solution definition through production.
• Define product vision, business objectives, product requirements, and feature priorities across product lifecycles.
• Coordinate internal dependencies, track delivery risks, and create mitigation plans when dependencies slip.
• Present solutions to business and IT stakeholders and facilitate collaboration between contributing teams.

Requirements

• Experience handling customer requirements and aligning stakeholder expectations throughout delivery.
• Ability to design digital solutions and provide recommendations on architectural and technical aspects with architects.
• Experience coordinating product dependencies and supporting functional and technical product usage, configuration, and documentation.
• Ability to investigate product defects during construction and follow up on their resolution.
• Availability for hybrid work with 50% attendance at the Barcelona offices.
