TL;DR
Business Analyst (Insurance): Driving digital transformation and process improvement initiatives in the insurance domain with an accent on requirements analysis, Agile/Scrum delivery, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on modeling insurance workflows, translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories, and leading change management and impact assessment activities.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; relocation to the UAE is mandatory.

What you will do
- Identify digital transformation and process improvement opportunities across insurance operations.
- Analyze systems, processes, and workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.
- Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Lead change management, impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training materials, and workshops.
- Champion Agile/Scrum practices, facilitate retrospectives, and drive continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain.
- Strong experience with insurance digital transformation projects, insurance products, processes, and workflows.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, process modeling, BRD, FRD, functional requirements, and user stories.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration with Product Owners, developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Willingness to relocate to the UAE is mandatory.
Nice to have
- CBAP, CSM, CSPO, or a similar professional certification.
- Experience with large-scale insurance digital transformation projects.
- Middle East, GCC, or UAE insurance experience.
- Tamil language skills.
