Managed Services Site Lead (GMP Projects)

What you will do

• Lead the hirify.global team delivering a portfolio of capital projects at a client site.
• Act as the primary client contact and senior hirify.global representative, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Direct a multidisciplinary team covering commercial management, project controls, quality, safety, project management, and construction management.
• Own portfolio performance across safety, quality, cost, schedule, scope, profitability, resource utilisation, and client satisfaction.
• Manage project governance, reporting, change control, risk escalation, close-out, lessons learned, and knowledge transfer.
• Drive continuous improvement, team development, operational excellence, and opportunities to expand client services.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in project engineering, project management, or programme management within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing portfolios of capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, project controls, risk management, and change management.
• Commercial and financial awareness, including cost monitoring, forecasting, and resource utilisation.
• Good knowledge of English, Dutch, and French; the position requires onsite work in Belgium.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, life sciences, or process industry environments.
• Previous leadership, line management, or site management experience.
• Experience in a consultancy or managed services environment.
