Operation Program Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam; travel to China required for 25% of the time

What you will do

• Source and evaluate suppliers across Southeast Asia, including conducting factory audits.
• Support new product introduction and production ramp-up with internal stakeholders and manufacturing partners.
• Lead issue resolution across supply chain, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Develop manufacturing partner relationships and assess factory capabilities and limitations.
• Create and execute a Southeast Asia supply chain strategy, including commodity enablement plans and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operations experience, preferably in a high-tech industry.
• Current knowledge of sourcing and supply chain management practices.
• Experience with consumer electronics manufacturing technologies, including design, process, commodity cost, factory cost, supply, and quality management.
• Experience in operations or technical program management is preferred.
• English and Vietnamese proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel to China for 25% of the time.
