Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; on-site five days per week

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer support and escalations.
• Coordinate service resources, technicians, subcontractors, materials, and equipment for maintenance and project work.
• Schedule service teams and dispatch field technicians to customer jobsites based on contracts, skills, availability, and project needs.
• Provide customers with updates on service attendance, work progress, complaints, and case closure.
• Monitor start-up projects, coordinate timely handovers, and support warranty claim documentation.
• Plan responses to chiller service calls, coordinate technical support, and deliver field service reports to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating field service activities and technician dispatch.
• Ability to schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment according to project requirements.
• Ability to understand service contracts and arrange work at customer jobsites.
• Ability to coordinate issue resolution with support functions and communicate with field technicians and operations leaders.
• Availability to work on-site five days per week in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
