Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, Mexico or Bogotá, Colombia

is hiring a product designer for its Marketing department.
What you will do
- Design and improve core product experiences across native iOS, Android, and desktop web.
- Raise the visual quality of existing products through stronger typography, layout, spacing, components, and overall polish.
- Balance visual excellence with UX quality, business goals, and product performance.
- Create polished components and product surfaces where established design patterns are not available.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing on product strategy, execution, and cross-functional decisions.
- Present, explain, and defend design decisions to different audiences, including senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Figma, strong visual design, UX fluency, user research methodologies, design systems, prototyping, and analytics or metrics.
- Experience designing for native iOS and Android as well as desktop and web platforms.
- Ability to understand product and business questions, use data, and connect design decisions with business goals.
- Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Advanced English proficiency in written and spoken communication, plus presentation skills in English and Spanish.
- AI fluency and experience integrating AI tools into the design workflow.

- Branding or brand asset experience.
- Illustration and vector design skills.
- Experience in a branding or design studio.
- Experience implementing AI in workflows and business processes.
