Sales Engineer HVAC Norway

Location: Oslo, Norway; regular travel and job-site visits required, up to 75%.

hirify.global develops and supplies HVAC piping products and systems for construction and engineering projects.

What you will do

• Promote hirify.global HVAC products and systems across Norway.
• Engage owners, engineering consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout project conceptualization, design, and construction.
• Secure acceptance and specification of hirify.global systems and support sales targets through regular activity reporting.
• Demonstrate product and tool installation, visit job sites, and train contractor personnel.
• Provide seminars, training, technical literature, and technical support to build product knowledge in Norway.
• Coordinate with distributors, sales colleagues, and the corporate engineering department on information flow and product claims.

Requirements

• University or college degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant technical experience.
• Familiarity with the piping business or the ability to acquire the required knowledge quickly.
• Commercial awareness, customer orientation, ambition, and a results-driven approach.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Fluent Norwegian and English are required.
