Enterprise Semantic Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Define the enterprise approach to terminology management, semantics, ontologies, taxonomies, and knowledge graphs.
• Establish principles, standards, governance models, business vocabularies, semantic models, and knowledge structures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, information managers, data professionals, platform teams, and subject matter experts.
• Integrate semantic capabilities into information, data, digital, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Drive adoption through coaching, practical guidance, and communities of practice.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Information Management, Data Management, Knowledge Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience establishing enterprise-wide capabilities in large and complex organisations.
• Deep expertise in terminology management, business glossaries, taxonomies, ontologies, semantic modelling, and knowledge graphs.
• Experience defining enterprise-wide standards, frameworks, and ways of working.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to business and technical audiences and influence stakeholders across organisational boundaries.
• Understanding of modern information and data management practices, including Data Mesh principles and cloud-based data environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture or Information Architecture.
• Experience with Metadata Management, Master Data Management, or Reference Data Management.
• Experience with Data Product Management, Data Mesh operating models, graph technologies, or graph databases.
• Experience with AI and Generative AI or large multinational and highly federated organisations.
