TL;DR
Software Engineering Leader (Range Core): Aligning engineering initiatives and governing architecture across teams that build software for product and information creation and maintenance, with an accent on technical consistency, scalability, quality, and architectural governance. Focus on driving technical vision and roadmaps, supporting complex technical decisions, improving reliability and performance, and mentoring engineers across a product area.
Location: Malmö, Sweden; the majority of working time is expected from the workplace

What you will do
- Align engineering initiatives and best practices across multiple teams within a digital product area.
- Contribute to and govern architecture design and refactoring in line with enterprise guidelines.
- Support technical decision-making, design patterns, and platform usage.
- Drive improvements to reliability, performance, and engineering efficiency.
- Champion software engineering and security best practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with modern software engineering principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge of architecture concepts and frameworks such as TOGAF or similar.
- Experience governing digital product architecture across teams or product areas.
- Experience mentoring and leading engineers in complex technical environments.
- Ability to navigate complex business and technology landscapes and drive technical priorities across teams.
- Ability to define technical vision, goals, and roadmaps while proactively driving improvements.
