Solutions Architect - Hunter/Greenfield Pre-Sales (Data & AI)

What you will do

• Lead technical strategy for greenfield accounts across the Nordics and assess customer architectures.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex problems spanning multiple systems, teams, and business stakeholders.
• Advise VP-level and business-unit leaders, drive alignment, and support high-tension negotiations.
• Move customer engagements beyond proof of concept toward measurable, sustained adoption.
• Create reusable architectural patterns and guidance from customer engagements.
• Mentor junior and professional Solutions Architects on technical discovery and complex use-case prioritization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in technical and client-facing roles.
• Deep expertise in data engineering, data warehousing, and GenAI, with an AI-builder mindset.
• Experience influencing senior executives and aligning stakeholders across competing constraints.
• Architectural experience solving high-complexity, multi-account challenges.
• Ability to identify emerging risks and execute effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills for senior customer interactions.
