TL;DR
Senior Solution Architect (PLM): Leading the technical delivery of PLM solutions based on Aras Innovator, from requirements analysis and solution design through construction and transition, with an accent on customer workshops, technical leadership, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on translating enterprise requirements into scalable solutions, developing specifications and proposals, and delivering complex implementations across Nordic customer environments.
Location: Remote in Sweden; Swedish citizenship is required. Willingness to travel up to 25% within the Nordic region is required.

What you will do
- Lead technical implementation teams through the planning, design, construction, and transition of PLM solutions.
- Transform customer requirements into technical solutions using Innovator architecture and applications.
- Facilitate workshops, build consensus, and align technology delivery with business value.
- Lead and support the development of requirements specifications, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Analyze solutions, prepare customer-facing proposals, and contribute to statements of work.
- Improve delivery methods for PLM solutions and collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal project managers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with enterprise software implementations in an architect role, preferably in PLM.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in automotive, consumer products, high-tech electronics, medical devices, aerospace, defense, or shipbuilding.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, prioritization, and customer-management skills.
- Ability to create clear requirements, statements of work, specification documents, and use cases.
- Fluent English and Swedish; Swedish citizenship is required for assignments involving Swedish security clearance.

- Experience with engineering design, engineering change processes, phase-gate project management, quality systems, manufacturing process planning, CMII change management, systems engineering, requirements engineering, maintenance planning and execution, configuration management, or variant management.
