Supply Chain Lead (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end supply chain, including supply planning, production scheduling, logistics, inventory, and order fulfilment.
• Lead, develop, and grow the supply chain team while setting priorities, accountability, and operating practices.
• Manage daily supply availability, materials, production requirements, shipments, inventory, and customer orders.
• Resolve supply disruptions, shortages, production constraints, and other operational risks as the primary escalation owner.
• Partner with procurement, suppliers, logistics providers, and cross-functional teams to improve delivery performance, reliability, quality, capacity, and resilience.
• Develop scalable processes, KPIs, SOPs, planning models, and supply chain strategies for growth, including new product introductions, supplier transitions, contingency planning, and alternative sourcing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, planning, operations, or a related field.
• Experience owning and improving end-to-end supply chain processes and leading, mentoring, or developing people.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, procurement, inventory, production planning, logistics, fulfilment, risk management, and operational escalations.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite, strong spreadsheet skills, KPI management, project management, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a hands-on and autonomous working style.
• Fluent English required; EU citizenship required. German is a plus.

• Experience in technology, hardware, aerospace, robotics, or manufacturing.
