What you will do

• Manage the efficient daily operation of the new store and grow the ready-to-wear and made-to-measure business.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets while managing store and individual KPIs.
• Build local and regional awareness through networking, marketing, and customer events.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, housekeeping, stock management, and store security.
• Coordinate recruitment, induction, training, appraisals, payroll, disciplinary matters, and staffing levels with HR.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, ideally menswear, at Assistant Manager or Store Manager level.
• Expertise in people management, team performance improvement, and staff development.
• Experience driving new business and networking with businesses and individuals.
• Proficient English in verbal and written communication is required.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Immaculate presentation, punctuality, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to short-notice business needs.
