What you will do

• Convert prospects into members through tailored club tours, effective questioning, rapport building, and objection handling.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades, secondary spend, and retention activities.
• Build relationships with members, handle queries, and promote club products, services, and fitness solutions.
• Support day-to-day club operations, including cleanliness, safety, gym resets, key holding, and member-facing standards.
• Use membership and CRM systems to manage enquiries and member information.
• Collaborate with the wider club team on targets, campaigns, challenges, and member engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Passion for fitness, customer service, and sales.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organisational, and administrative skills.
• Positive, confident, outgoing, and target-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer service.
• Experience working toward sales or performance targets.
• Knowledge of membership sales or customer retention principles.
• Experience using sales, booking, or membership systems.
