Senior Solutions Consultant (Observability)

Location: Remote-first role in Thailand, ideally based in or around Bangkok, with in-person collaboration with the team and customers as needed

What you will do

• Lead technical presales engagements in Thailand from qualification through successful close.
• Partner with regional Account Executives on technical sales strategy, new business, and account expansion.
• Build trusted customer relationships and advise on observability strategies.
• Deliver product demonstrations, Proof of Value workshops, and business justifications.
• Represent customer feedback to product and engineering teams while evangelizing observability capabilities.

Requirements

• Fluent Thai and English proficiency is required.
• Strong understanding of AWS and Azure and how customers use hyperscaler software.
• Presales or consulting experience leading complex enterprise engagements independently.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise technology across user experience, cloud applications, and infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containers, microservices, SRE, DevOps, CI/CD, and performance monitoring tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in observability or software security.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry or software consumption pricing models.
• FinTech or financial services experience.
• Experience with SAP, iOS, Android, or technology partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
