Senior Staff Deployment Strategist, Technical Advisory & Solutioning (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work format with approximately 25–40% travel for customer onsite visits

Compensation: £107,000–£150,000 annual on-target earnings in the UK, including variable compensation on a 75/25 split

What you will do

• Own enterprise transformation outcomes across strategic accounts over multi-quarter engagements.
• Lead executive discovery, define transformation roadmaps, and align initiatives with measurable KPIs.
• Engage directly with C-suite stakeholders and lead executive conversations, business reviews, and value-realization narratives.
• Make architecture decisions for large-scale rollouts and define enterprise data and AI governance approaches.
• Own the full lifecycle from strategy and deployment through adoption, value realization, and expansion.
• Act as an eschirify.global authority, influence product direction, and develop playbooks, standards, and enablement initiatives that scale delivery excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical delivery, solutions consulting, or forward-deployed customer-facing roles at data or AI platform companies.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, architecture, LLMs, agent patterns, data platforms, and the broader data ecosystem.
• Strong working knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP, and Azure for enterprise architecture and rollout strategy.
• Experience leading independently at C-suite level and driving executive alignment and decision-making.
• Ability to turn enterprise ambiguity into phased transformation plans, anticipate risks, and create repeatable approaches.
• Experience shaping team- or organization-level standards, playbooks, or methodologies; willingness to travel approximately 25–40% for customer onsite visits.

Nice to have

• Meaningful exposure to data or AI governance concepts and experience translating governance frameworks into executive-level value conversations.
• Industry experience in financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, or hospitality and travel.
