Lead Consultant (Solutions for the Public Sector)

Location: Virtual, Italy; willingness to travel for on-site client consulting is required.

What you will do

• Design complex government solution architectures using hirify.global software across multiple platforms and cloud environments.
• Provide business consulting on digital transformation and public-sector-specific topics.
• Develop rollout scenarios and implementation plans.
• Define functional enhancements and customizations in collaboration with clients.
• Test and document customized solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in or with the Italian public sector.
• Expertise in one or more of SQL, client-server technologies, web technologies, Windows, Linux, Oracle, SQL Server, Azure, or Kubernetes.
• Passion for consulting and advising clients.
• Native-level Italian and very good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel for on-site consulting with clients.

Nice to have

• Programming skills in Visual Basic, Java or JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, Python, or similar technologies.
