Senior QA Engineer (Internal AI Products)

What you will do

• Define test strategies, coverage priorities, test plans, and release criteria for internal AI products.
• Test end-to-end workflows across web, cloud, and desktop applications, including APIs, integrations, permissions, and failure recovery.
• Evaluate AI outputs using datasets, repeatable tests, human review, and quality criteria for accuracy, relevance, completeness, and task success.
• Build automated functional, API, regression, and AI evaluation tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Test security safeguards, confidential data handling, performance, service limits, timeouts, retries, and fallback behavior.
• Coordinate pilot and user acceptance testing, investigate defects, report quality risks, and mentor junior QA engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong experience testing cloud applications, APIs, and software integrations, with familiarity in desktop application testing.
• Hands-on experience testing AI-enabled applications and evaluating variable large language model outputs.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, pytest, or Jest.
• Experience with CI/CD automation, Git, REST API testing, authentication, and role-based access control.

Nice to have

• Experience evaluating AI search grounded in company documents, AI agents, or generated text, images, and code.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation tools, performance testing, production monitoring, and secure handling of internal test data.
• Experience supporting internal enterprise tools or workflows in game development, game art, or production.
