What you will do
- Partner with R&D, NPI, manufacturing, supplies quality, and brand authentication teams to deliver program objectives.
- Develop and conduct system interaction testing for new printer and supplies programs.
- Deliver security solutions with the Brand Authentication team.
- Improve product quality and address key customer concerns with the Supplies Quality team.
- Track post-MR NPI metrics before transitioning responsibility to the Supplies Manufacturing team.
- Refine test methodology using AI, automation, data analytics, scripting, and repeatable frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Typically 2–4 years of experience.
- Good understanding of Thermal Inkjet technology and product or technology development processes.
- Strong technical engineering leadership, planning, execution, and issue-resolution capabilities.
- Ability to apply AI, automation, scripting, or data-driven approaches to improve testing and engineering decisions.
- Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
