QA Engineer API & Stakeholder Collaboration (Singapore, Hybrid) (API testing/REST): Ensuring quality across backend and API-driven systems through manual and automated testing, integration validation, and stakeholder collaboration with an accent on REST/JSON endpoints, regression suites, and defect analysis. Focus on translating business requirements into testable scenarios, supporting release cycles, and improving QA automation practices.

Location: Singapore CBD, hybrid

Salary: SGD 5,000–6,000 per month

What you will do

Lead API testing across REST/JSON endpoints and backend workflows.
Validate integrations with developers and support smooth release cycles.
Translate business requirements into clear, testable scenarios with product teams and business users.
Execute manual and automated tests across web and backend systems.
Support defect triage, root-cause analysis, regression testing, and cross-team communication.
Maintain test documentation and contribute to QA tooling, automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Strong experience in API testing using REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools.
Solid background in manual and automated testing.
Ability to work closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and comfort working in a hybrid environment.
Experience in financial services, fintech, or product-driven environments is advantageous.
