Lead Software Engineer in Test (Mobile Test Automation)

What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for scalable mobile end-to-end testing.
• Build and improve automation platforms, developer tooling, services, and integrations used across mobile teams.
• Drive adoption of shared testing tools, standards, quality practices, governance, and release-readiness guardrails.
• Improve Android and iOS testing workflows, CI/CD integration, execution speed, recovery, reporting, and diagnostics.
• Standardize test metadata and quality signals to support data-driven release decisions.
• Mentor engineers through coaching, design reviews, technical guidance, and hands-on collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience defining and delivering a strategy and roadmap for mobile test automation at scale.
• Strong knowledge of Android and iOS end-to-end testing and CI/CD integration.
• Experience with large-scale mobile CI, device labs or farms, release pipelines, test reporting, analytics, and quality data platforms.
• Experience improving test reliability and execution speed through sharding, retries, failure analysis, and flaky-test management.
• Ability to build maintainable automation platforms and integration tooling and collaborate with Engineering, QA, Release, and Product stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring engineers and communicating technical strategy through documentation and stakeholder alignment.
