Member of Technical Staff 3 (QA+ System Testing+ Scalability+ Performance + Kubernetes) 4–6 years (Kubernetes)

Location: Hybrid; onsite at least 3 days per week in San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, or Tokyo, depending on workplace policy and team requirements.

What you will do

• Design test plans and test cases for performance, load, and scalability testing of hirify.global Data Hub products.
• Define automation plans and test strategies within release timelines.
• Own end-to-end product quality, including testing, automation, and feature delivery at scale.
• Improve automated tests and increase overall test execution efficiency.
• Debug product issues with development engineers, file bugs, track them to closure, and provide feedback on product experience.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in QA/system testing and automation, preferably with Python.
• Experience developing Python API test frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux system interactions and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of software-platform and Kubernetes performance, load, and scalability.
• Working knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware, KVM, or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with Git, build-management tools, and continuous-integration tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI; a BS or MS in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

• Testing experience with monitoring or cloud products.
