Social Impact Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA - Austin, TX

Salary: $34–$53 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage execution of the CrowdStrike Cares global volunteer program and activate employee volunteer events across regions.
• Recruit and support more than 10 regional volunteer committees through planning resources, toolkits, quarterly calls, and progress tracking.
• Administer the YourCause platform, matching gift submissions, volunteer registrations, philanthropic data, and program inquiries.
• Manage philanthropic budgets, annual operating planning, Coupa operations, donations, matching gift payments, and monthly budget tracking.
• Support the Pro Bono program from application review and onboarding through account management and partner coordination.
• Develop communications and reporting for Social Impact campaigns, volunteer programs, giving initiatives, and community outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, social impact, volunteer management, or a related field.
• Experience managing volunteer or employee engagement programs, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
• Proficiency with corporate giving or volunteer management platforms such as YourCause.
• Strong project management, communication, budget management, financial tracking, data integrity, and reporting skills.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Coupa or similar procurement and budget management tools.
• Experience contributing to ESG or corporate sustainability reporting.
• Experience working in or alongside the technology or cybersecurity industry.
