Product Operations Contractor (APAC Hours)

Location: Los Angeles, United States; hybrid schedule with ideally 3 days per week in the LA office. Work hours are 2pm–10pm PT, covering Australian business hours from 8am–4pm AEDT.

hirify.global is a cybersecurity startup developing protection against AI-powered threats such as deepfakes, smishing, and voice scams.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end account provisioning during the assigned shift.
• Set up deepfake demo accounts for demos booked by business development and account executive teams.
• Resolve flagged account issues and monitor the provisioning-issues channel.
• Use AI tools, including Claude-based asset-sourcing automation, to improve operational efficiency.
• Escalate issues appropriately and hand off completed work to the core-hours team.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or current enrollment in a four-year program.
• Strong reliability, technical aptitude, judgment, and attention to detail.
• Ability to organise competing requests and prioritise under pressure.
• Comfort working independently during the assigned shift.
• Interest in AI tools and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Based in Los Angeles and available for the required hybrid office schedule and APAC-hours coverage.
