What you will do

• Manage and grow organic social channels across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Discord.
• Build a proactive content calendar aligned with company priorities, campaigns, product updates, and community conversations.
• Create platform-specific copy, graphics briefs, short-form video concepts, community posts, and real-time responses.
• Engage with traders, monitor comments and trends, and identify opportunities to feature creators, educational content, and community stories.
• Translate company and product updates into clear, accurate, audience-friendly content and support launches with internal teams.
• Track growth, engagement, reach, and content performance while maintaining accuracy, quality, brand voice, and promotional details.

Requirements

• 3+ years of social media management and content creation experience for a recognized brand, high-growth company, or established individual creator.
• Direct familiarity with proprietary trading, futures trading, or the broader retail trading community.
• Strong understanding of trading terminology, trader culture, and audience-relevant topics.
• Experience growing and engaging an active following across multiple social platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, content ideation, prioritization, and real-time communication skills.
