Senior Social Media Strategist (Fintech)

Location: United States; remote-first. Office spaces are available in San Jose, California, and Draper, Utah.

Salary: $124,500–$183,000 USD annually, depending on geographic zone, experience, expertise, and location.

What you will do

• Set the organic social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X, and identify future platforms for hirify.global.
• Develop channel plans for campaigns, product launches, customer stories, and thought leadership.
• Build and operate an employee advocacy program that supports credible employee participation.
• Run the executive social program with Corporate Communications, including strategy, cadence, ghostwriting, and editing.
• Lead the social agency partner while directing strategy, reviewing creative, and maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor platform, cultural, and competitor trends and use performance data to refine the approach.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience setting social media strategy and measurable results.
• In-house experience at a B2B or B2C brand, ideally in technology, SaaS, fintech, or a startup.
• Experience building employee advocacy and executive social programs.
• Strong editorial judgment and a portfolio showing adaptation by platform, audience, and context.
• Experience leading agency or contractor partners while retaining ownership of strategy and quality.
• Must be based in the United States.
