Be the Voice of Financial Wellness on Social Media

Salary: $117,000–$130,000 per year, plus potential equity and discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Create and publish original UGC, in-house, educational-entertainment, behind-the-scenes, trend-driven, CEO-led, and customer-focused social content.
• Set and execute social strategy for hirify.global and hirify.global Early in alignment with marketing and business goals.
• Develop and manage a dynamic content calendar across priority social channels.
• Source, scope, and manage external creators and lead day-to-day community management.
• Grow organic social presence across Instagram and TikTok, with additional focus on Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Analyze social performance, optimize content, and maintain the hirify.global brand voice and visual presence.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of hands-on experience creating content and managing social channels.
• Ability to concept, script, shoot, and edit content independently and efficiently.
• Strong understanding of social strategy, content performance, audience growth, and platform trends.
• Creative, self-directed approach with strong cultural awareness and community empathy.
• Ability to manage conversations, customer inquiries, and escalations with clarity and empathy.
• Fintech knowledge is beneficial but not required.
