Social Media Lead (Crypto)

What you will do

• Drive social media for hirify.global Pro across X, Telegram, and other platforms.
• Create platform-native copy, memes, short-form video, charts, and threads.
• Monitor trends and reactive moments across crypto and broader social media, then publish timely content.
• Engage the hirify.global Pro community through replies, quotes, polls, memes, and discussions.
• Build and manage the content calendar, including approvals, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring.
• Translate product and ecosystem updates into clear narratives and partner with Legal and Communications on accurate, compliant messaging.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media or content, ideally in fintech, crypto, or trading.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful posts created for a brand account, personal account, or managed account.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, and content creation skills.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure and manage high-paced social channels.
• Ability to produce visually appealing content using tools such as Figma or CapCut, or by briefing designers.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
