Senior Technical Enablement Program Manager (Cloud Security)

Location: Remote - USA. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $136,000–$185,000 USD base salary annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the creation and delivery of technical enablement programs for global technical audiences.
• Translate new product architecture and updates into technical requirements, deployment guidance, troubleshooting resources, and field-ready materials.
• Build implementation playbooks, API documentation summaries, troubleshooting trees, technical checklists, lab scopes, and other enablement content.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Operations, the CTO organization, technical leadership, content teams, and AI tool builders.
• Lead technical enablement sessions, create presentations, and serve as a strategic liaison for technical teams.
• Measure program effectiveness through field data, engagement metrics, and audience feedback, while maintaining and retiring lifecycle documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Enablement, Technical Program Management, or technical customer engagements in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud security principles, architecture, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience managing multiple complex, cross-functional projects across different timelines.
• Strong communication, executive engagement, decision-making, initiative, and project ownership skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Management, technical enablement, Operations, and technical leadership.
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting technical sales, architecture, professional services, or technical support teams.
• Ability to translate technical product specifications into playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and configuration SOPs.
