Senior Technical Project Manager

Location: New York, hybrid

Annual salary: $161,000–$208,000. Compensation for candidates outside the U.S. is adjusted for local market conditions and cost of living.

What you will do

• Partner with Legal and Compliance leadership to translate priorities into a roadmap while balancing strategic initiatives and daily operations.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across recurring compliance and administrative workflows.
• Own routine compliance and administrative operations with a product-management mindset.
• Support Legal and Compliance systems, monitor automated feeds, and troubleshoot reports and data issues.
• Analyze and profile data, resolve quality gaps, and create technical documentation and requirements for application builds, customizations, and QA testing.
• Coordinate Legal, Compliance, business stakeholders, and SaaS vendors while keeping initiatives aligned and unblocked.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Product Manager, or in a comparable role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with business users and external vendors.
• Ability to operate accurately and calmly in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for stakeholder-facing materials.
• Independent, proactive approach and ability to apply a product-management mindset to administrative work.
• Experience with data analysis or profiling and writing technical documentation or developer requirements.
