What you will do
- Retain, grow, and acquire B2B business across the institutional and hospitality-related sectors in Hong Kong and Macau.
- Expand market share through group supply agreements, cross-selling, increased line penetration, and support for new customer-site openings.
- Lead sales activities and manage, coach, and develop the sales team.
- Build relationships with key customers, conduct business and performance reviews, and deliver customer training and workshops.
- Coordinate sales, marketing, technical service, application, supply chain, finance, and installation activities to resolve customer issues.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, account receivables, profitability, product programs, and compliance with customer commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related industry or sales role.
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in institutional, hospitality, or food service sectors.
- Experience managing and developing a sales team.
- Strong analytical, financial, communication, presentation, project management, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
- Technical and operational knowledge sufficient to engage with housekeeping, laundry, and food and beverage managers.
Nice to have
- ServeSafe Certification.
- Internal or external accreditation in technical and financial disciplines.
