Bilingual (Spanish) Nurse Practitioner - Virtual Health Assessment

Location: Remote for candidates residing in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events.

Base pay: $116,400–$145,500 per year, plus benefits, annual vacation grant of up to 18 days, and performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide high-quality virtual evaluation, management, and primary care for patients.
• Use prescriptive authority under a collaborative practice agreement and partner with physicians, particularly for complex patients.
• Follow up on laboratory results, imaging, and closed-loop communication with patients and providers.
• Conduct virtual examinations using remote monitoring equipment, remote physical examination tools, and point-of-care diagnostics.
• Collaborate with registered nurses, medical assistants, primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisors.
• Participate in huddles, case conferences, service-line meetings, workflow improvements, and product feature feedback.

Requirements

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA qualification from an accredited program.
• Board certification through NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC.
• At least 3 years of outpatient experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering virtual care.
• Licensure in at least two core Oscar states, including a required Florida license; Texas, Ohio, or New Jersey licensure is preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is required.

Nice to have

• Compact RN license if working as an APRN.
• Experience with remote diagnostic and home-monitoring tools.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses in Oscar Medical Group states.
