Flex Nurse Educator (Healthcare)

Location: Edison, New Jersey, United States; must reside within the specific geography and in the country where the job is posted. Remote work is combined with in-field coverage and up to 50% travel.

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 annual base pay, plus potential bonus eligibility and benefits.

What you will do

• Deliver remote patient education through telephone, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging platforms.
• Train patients on disease states, prescribed medications, medication administration, and treatment adherence.
• Provide in-person education and home-visit support during territory vacancies and staff coverage assignments.
• Connect patients with approved resources and encourage productive communication with healthcare providers.
• Maintain documentation, follow approved protocols, and meet territory KPIs and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with district managers and field leadership, participate in training, and support onboarding and mentoring.

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing; additional state licensure may be required.
• Bachelor's degree; BSN is preferred.
• At least five years of clinical experience in a hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology setting.
• Must possess or obtain California RN licensure if residing in the Mountain or Pacific time zone.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, documentation, virtual-platform, MS Office, and iPad skills.
• Valid driver's license, driving-record review, private home workspace, and authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship are required.

Nice to have

• Nurse educator experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills and prior Ambassador experience.
• BSN degree.
