Salary: $166,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for internal AI products and enterprise solutions.
• Lead the implementation of AI, automation, and generative AI capabilities across enterprise platforms.
• Build agentic workflows, prompt engineering and evaluation pipelines, orchestration layers, LLM gateway integrations, RAG pipelines, and model monitoring.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases that deliver measurable business value.
• Partner with the AI Council, business stakeholders, architects, developers, data engineers, and technology teams to define and deliver product features.
• Monitor solution performance, usage, business outcomes, security, privacy, and governance compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology, product management, business systems, AI, or digital transformation.
• Experience building enterprise AI platforms and agentic workflows.
• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, or comparable technologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product ownership practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
