Senior Technical Program Manager (Healthcare B2C)

Location: Onsite in Boston, MA or Bellevue, WA, United States

Base salary: $110,500–$176,000 per year

What you will do

• Own portfolio planning and roadmap execution for Healthcare B2C services.
• Lead large, cross-functional programs such as telemedicine expansion from concept through launch and optimization.
• Coordinate product, engineering, business, and partner teams across checkout, payments, and healthcare integrations.
• Influence architecture and system design for scalable, resilient, and secure payment systems.
• Establish SLA/SLO tracking, incident management, dashboards, roadmaps, and execution rituals.
• Communicate program health, risks, tradeoffs, and business impact to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with 7+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience owning large-scale, cross-team initiatives.
• Experience with web and mobile technologies including React and TypeScript, plus backend systems such as Java, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with AWS technologies including EC2, SNS, SQS, and DynamoDB, as well as APM tools such as Datadog or Dynatrace.
• Experience influencing technical architecture and business strategy without direct authority, and delivering complex systems using Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work from the Boston or Bellevue office.
